Treating Heart Disease

Treatments options for heart disease will vary greatly depending on your individual case. Fortunately, for many patients, lifestyle modifications such as quitting smoking, changing eating habits or increasing exercise and/or medications can slow the progression of coronary artery disease and relieve some symptoms. For those with a more serious diagnosis, interventions may be recommended.

It's important to talk with your cardiologist about all of your treatment options.
